Fed: Wong's next climate challenge - Copenhagen

Climate Change Minister PENNY WONG says it'll be harder pushing for a global agreement
at next week's climate summit in Copenhagen .. without an emissions trading scheme in
place.

The Senate is set to vote down Labor's ETS legislation for a second time today .. handing
the government an early .. double dissolution election trigger.

Senator WONG'S told ABC radio she'll be going early to Copenhagen to do all that she
can as Australia's negotiator to try to get the best outcome possible.
