HOTELIER PROCEEDS WITH PLANS FOR SPA CITY SITE.(BUSINESS)

Saratoga Springs Local hotelier Michael Hoffman is moving ahead with plans to build a hotel in Saratoga Springs, city officials said Tuesday.

Hoffman has proposed building a 112-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel at 131 South Broadway. The hotel has not yet been approved.
